WHY REAL ESTATE?

I previously was a flight attendant based in Boston and Dallas and after 10 years I really missed Montana, so my brother encouraged me to move back and get into real estate. He said, “It’s easy! All you have to do is stick your sign in the ground.” Although it wasn’t easy, I never looked back.

WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT THE MONTANA WAY OF LIFE?

Driving! I love that you can explore the backroads and rarely see a soul. Traffic tickets used to be $5 and didn’t go on your record and we once had an unlimited speed limit. Back then, it was legal to drink and drive. Maybe that’s why they call it the Wild West.

WHAT DO YOU DO FOR FUN?

Explore hiking trails with my dog and enjoy four-wheeling, downhill and Nordic ski trails with my friends. No wonder I live in “Montana’s Trailhead”.

WHAT’S THE MOST RECENT THING YOU’VE DONE ON YOUR BUCKET LIST (or would like to do next)?

I have always wanted a little cabin and getaway of my own. A few years ago I purchased an unfinished/neglected one bedroom, double T&G cabin for only $1200 from a ranch I sold in Roundup. It has become a labor of love refurbishing it inside and out. Currently, “The Boonie” is in the process of being moved to land I own north of Laurel. My desire is that it will be a private, peaceful retreat for myself plus close friends and family as we take in the sweeping vistas and breathe our fresh Montana air.
