WHY MERIDIAN?

We wanted to start a company where everyone shared core values, carried the same level of integrity and brought excellence both personally and professionally. I am proud to say that this is still the level of commitment and high standard that we operate by today.

WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT THE MONTANA WAY OF LIFE?

Born and raised here in Billings, I did not have to leave to realize that the grass is greener right where I am. It’s not just the big open sky and the great outdoors that make Montana magnificent; it is the people who call it home. Whether it is asking for directions, needing help finding a lost pet or just a hand in general there is always someone ready to pitch in. That’s just the spirit and Montana way of life.

WHAT DO YOU DO FOR FUN?

Anything with my family, grandkids or close friends, often something as simple as sharing a meal at the end of a good day’s work. I enjoy tending to my chickens (even though I don’t like eggs), growing things like herbs, flowers and vegetables and working on home improvement projects with my husband. I also love cleaning everything. Exciting? Maybe not, but fun can be found in the ordinary too.

WHAT’S THE MOST RECENT THING YOU’VE DONE ON YOUR BUCKET LIST (or would like to do next)?

Kaden’s Court! A basketball court built in Pioneer Park in memory of my late son and for all those who struggle with anxiety, depression and substance abuse. Now that I am an empty nester, I partnered to start a non-profit with the hope of educating, bringing awareness and making our community a safer place for my grandkids and the next generation to come. Next on my list is cleaning out my closet…anyone?
